The Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme (ESOS), implemented by the UK Government, was the subject of EAUC's Legal Spotlight in August 2014. This sparked questions of how Scottish universities would be affected by the scheme. The attached PDF is from the Advanced Procurement for Universities and Colleges who have issued some guidance on the stance of Scottish universities in relation to ESOS. The attached extract was published in the APUC's newsletter 'ezine' on the 21/08/2014.
