The government's publication on the green economy 'Enabling the Transition to a Green Economy: government and business working together' is a  publication which sets out what the transition to a green economy means for businesses. It is the government's response to requests from the private sector for greater clarity on what government means by a "green economy", the policies being put in place to achieve this and how they come together.
