Reframing sustainability as the key to institutional success

Introducing a new EAUC toolkit designed for anyone working to influence senior management change on sustainability in a FHE context. The discussion will focus on the value of sustainability in delivering key institutional priorities - such as student experience, employability, cost and efficiency - and it will explore how sustainability leaders can work strategically to demonstrate this value and effect change. The panel will comprise a number of sustainability leaders who have contributed to the development of the toolkit, including representatives from University of Leeds (TBC), University of Edinburgh and Loughborough University.
