The Annual Report and covers  business and financial performance as well as SEPA's sustainability performance and our reporting under the Scottish
Regulators' Strategic Code of Practice.

SEPA reports improvements in reducing operator non-compliance, the publication of Scotland's Flood Risk Management Strategies and the launch of the Solway Flood Warning Scheme, publication of Scotland's Second River Basin Management Plans, implementation of SEPA's new Landfill Tax and preparation for reservoir safety responsibilities, and increased entries for the Vision in Business and Environment Scotland (VIBES) awards.
