Energy Management & Sustainable Construction Topic Support Network (POSTPONED)

The EAUC-Scotland Energy Management & Sustainable Construction Topic Support Networks (TSNs) will be holding a joint meeting to discuss current opportunities and challenges in the FHE sector and hear some best practice projects. 

The agenda is still being finalised but speakers will include:

• Campus of the Future Green Gown Award Winner 2019 (Dr Gordon Heggie, Senior Lecturer, University of the West of Scotland)
• Reflections on Improvements to the Design & Construction Stage of the Recent NPD College Projects (Fergal McCauley, Head of Facilities Management & Les Paterson, Head of Estates Management, City of Glasgow College)
• Tour of the Low Carbon Buildings at South Lanarkshire College (BREEAM outstanding teaching facility and low carbon house project)

After the meeting we have been invited to visit the Construction Scotland Innovation Centre for a tour of their Innovation Factory.
