This guide is for anyone with responsibility for reducing the energy use of their organisation.  It will also help anyone who wants to know more about energy surveys.  You do not need a technical background to read this guide, but you will need some level of technical skill if you want to undertake a complete energy survey on your own.  That does not mean you need to be an engineer, but you do need to understand some basic engineering concepts.
