Construction tender criteria - EAUC Member responses

A question was asked on the EAUC Educational Members' Netwok:

In new-build and refurbishment projects, what sort of evidence could be requested in pre-tender documentation to establish the sustainability credentials of contractors?

In response to this question by Martin Walton, Environmental and Sustainability Manager, Southampton Solent University, two members (University of Greenwich and Winstanley College) suggested appropriate pre-qualification criteria and the former named a useful resource developed by the Forum for the Future.
