The ACT TravelWise Spring Conference this year will be showcasing the latest developments in the field of sustainable transport and the application of new technologies. The event is being held on Friday 30th March at the University of Essex and will host presentations from some of the UK’s leading practitioners.

ACT TravelWise is pleased to announce that Dr. Mayer Hillman will be presenting his latest research ideas for transport and climate change at the conference on the 30th March. Dr. Mayer Hillman has spent the last 40 years developing radical ideas for improving transport within the fields of road safety and cycling. As one of the most well-known and influential figures in the transport industry he has now turned his attention to climate change and reducing carbon through transport. At the conference he will present his innovative ideas about creating a solutions-orientated model for carbon output. Insightful, often controversial, and always dynamic and forward thinking, this will no doubt be an unmissable presentation.
