Annual Conference 2012 - sponsor/exhibitor delegate booking

This allows Conference sponsors and exhibitors to book on their company representatives as attendees at the Conference and to confirm catering arrangements. Most of you will book the full sponsor or exhibitor packages but where you are sending different people, or they will not be utilising certain elements, please select the individual items.

Accommodation is not offered within any of the packages however, we can offer affordable accommodation in Halls of Residence which is a stones throw from the exhibition hall. If this is required, please add this package which is subject to an additional fee. Hotel options within the York area can be found here.
