The workshop will provide an overview of health and safety law from a corporate and individual perspective. There will also be coverage of the technical issues that affect Estates and Facilities professionals on a strategic and day to day basis. The legal issues that arise following incidents will be discussed and a scenario will demonstrate how these play out in practice. The close out session will consider steps that can be taken to mitigate risk and the impact of upcoming health & safety issues.

The sessions will be delivered by members of Pinsent Masons Health & Safety team, all of whom are experienced in dealing with Police and Health & Safety Executive investigations, defending prosecutions and advising on health and safety risk management.
