Overview: 
The programme is open to 16-19-year-olds and aims to give young people training and empowerment to be the next generation of leaders. Bright Green Future (BGF) are particularly focussed on recruiting minority ethnic young people to the programme, to tackle the underrepresentation of these groups in the environmental sector. BGF consists of five elements: training, a local project, a work enquiry, a residential week (currently online) and mentoring. 
 
BGF is currently recruiting for their next cohort which is due to start late October 2021.
