Following last December's UN dire warning that global warming could reach 1.5 degrees C increase over pre industrialisation temperatures by 2030. that’s just 11 years from now – it really is time to act

This conference will consider:

• What are the consequences of climate change – what are the implications for business , what are the opportunities & threats  & how  will it impact on our daily lives and quality of life?
• We will look at examples of activity already taking place in the public and private sector and hear from the West Midlands Combined Authority on their commitment to action.
