Corporate Responsibility Conference

Registration is now open for the Corporate Responsibility (CR) conference at Oxford Brookes University on 25th May 2010.

The conference will be focused on moving forward the expanding CR agenda in the HE sector. The day will draw on the experiences of Oxford Brookes University in implementing a Corporate Responsibility program, coinciding with the launch of the University’s first Sustainability Report.

The conference will add value to the sector and will provoke debate with the presence of influential speakers in the field of CR. Speakers on the day will include, among others; Ed Gillespie, co-founder of Futerra Sustainability Communications, Jimmy Brannigan, Director of ESD Consulting and speaker at EAUC Conference 2010 and Dr Myszka Guzkowska, PVC External Affairs University of Westminster.

This conference follows on from the ‘Route map for Sustainability and Responsibility in Higher Education’ event at the University of Westminster in November 2009 and will be interactive, encouraging an educational dimension to the day which will encourage learning and the sharing of good practice which will help to continue developing the roadmap for the delivery of CR in the sector.

There will be a small registration fee of £25 per person which will include full access to day and will include lunch, refreshments and a wine networking session at the end of the day.
