EAUC Scotland Autumn Forum - Sustainable Catering

Join us for our Autumn Forum Meeting to discuss key sustainability topics facing the Scottish further and higher education sector at the moment.
This Forum will focus on sustainable catering practices from institutions across the UK. Presentations will include:
- EAUC's new Sustainable Catering Guide - Matt Woodthorpe, Scotland Director at EAUC
- Embedding sustainability in catering contracting - Deborah Fagan, Associate Director of Procurement at City of Glasgow College
- Forward Food Programme and embedding sustainability in learning and teaching for culinary students - Imogen Clemett, Plant-based Advocacy Specialist at Humane World
- Food for Life accreditation: BaxterStorey at Glasgow Caledonian University - Alan Ratcliffe, General Manager at BaxerStorey and Paulo Cruz, Head of Operational Sustainability at Glasgow Caledonian University
