As a final treat- the evening dinner of the EAUC Scotland Conference 2014.

This event is also part of our College ESD Project. All the food and preparation for the event will be created by a winning team of Catering and Hospitality students at the City of Glasgow College.  The menu was selected by our team of judges as part of a student 'Eco-Master Chef' competition to submit the tastiest, most sustainable dinner menu.
