Have Your Say: Building a Sustainable Future for FE Teacher Development

The Department for Education has launched a Call for Evidence on how teachers in further education (FE) are trained and supported early in their careers. This is a key moment to make sure sustainability, innovation and evidence-informed practice are part of that picture.

EAUC is bringing members together to help shape a collective response. We want to hear from everyone involved in FE, whether you deliver teacher training, support new educators, or work on embedding sustainability across your curriculum or campus.

Join this workshop to share your experiences, challenges and ideas for improving FE teacher education and professional development. We’ll also provide guidance on how you can submit your own response to the DfE consultation.

Together, we can make sure the next generation of FE teachers are equipped to deliver high-quality, future-focused, and sustainable education.
