Implementing an effective Environmental Management System in HE - 2 Nov & 7 Dec 07

In collaboration with Birkbeck Business Relations Unit, Birkbeck College Institute of Environment is offering one-day workshops on how to begin the process of implementing an effective Environmental Management System (EMS) in a higher and further education institution.

Target Audience: the workshops are designed for employees in higher and further education with some responsibility for the implementation of environmental policies and procedures. Participants will need to have a basic understanding of environmental issues and experience of the particular challenges of working in an educational establishment.
