Description
This free workshop is about how to create and deliver campaigns in organisations. It draws on insights from the psychology of change. These are used to help frame and deliver key messages to have high impacts on audiences. Of course, specific changes cannot ever be guaranteed, but they can be made much more likely! This event will covers the following areas:

• clarify the purpose
• identify your audience
• profile your audience
• specify changes you would like to see
• decide strategy
• frame key messages
• design activities/event

Who Should Attend
This workshop is suitable for both deliverers and managers within the FE and HE sectors. It will be of particular relevance to marketing, student services/ learner support and those responsible for achieving behavioural/cultural change through targeted campaigns e.g. Estates.
