The Sustainability Leadership at Bedford College project aimed to build the capacity of the college to effectively embed sustainability into all its functions, at all levels, by securing commitment and engagement from all senior staff.

Engaging the Executive Team and Governors in reviewing and updating Bedford College’s policy, strategy and action plan for sustainable development

Developing a collective commitment to sustainability across the senior team

Developing strategies for assessing and measuring sustainability performance,and sharing progress
