LSIS Workshops - Engaging Stakeholders in Sustainable Development

14th Mar – 16th Mar 2011 09:03 – 15:00

Monday 14th March, Manchester
Wednesday 16th March, Birmingham

LSIS is running several thematic workshops which may be of interest to you and which will supplement and build on some of the learning from the programme.

All of the workshops are priced at £150 per person including lunch and refreshments, and LSIS accounts may be used to purchase places.

By attending this workshop you will:
• explore different ways of engaging stakeholders in change and development;
• identify tools that can harvest the ideas of stakeholders to build commitment and empowerment;
• experience tools such as appreciative inquiry, open space, world cafe and powerful questions, and gain an understanding of how to adapt them for your own organisation;
• access coaching support on how to plan an engagement activity to further your sustainability strategy.
