The London Development Agency, in association with the Mayor of London, would like to invite you to attend the RE:FIT Building Energy Efficiency Seminar taking place on 3 September 2010 at City Hall.

RE:FIT Building Energy Efficiency Seminar

RE:FIT is an award-winning and cost-neutral investment programme that offers the public sector a guaranteed reduction in energy bills and the carbon footprint of buildings. As Interim Mayoral Advisor on Environment, I will be describing how RE:FIT will deliver a 2.5 million tonnes carbon saving across London.

Other topics to be covered will include:

• Overview of how RE:FIT works
• Case studies proving how energy bills are being reduced by an average 28%
• Testimonials from public sector building owners using RE:FIT
• Financing options (including the new Green Fund)
• Latest technology for reducing energy consumption
