RGS Climate Change Research Group (CCRG) is hosting a one day workshop

15th Jan 2020 09:30 – 16:00

The RGS Climate Change Research Group (CCRG) is organising a workshop on Wednesday 15th January 2020 at the Royal Geographical Society in London, on communicating climate change research.

The morning will include two bespoke training sessions on why we disagree about climate change, and on communicating research to different audiences. The afternoon will include two interactive panel discussions on engaging with and communicating to policymakers. The workshop is open to researchers at all career stages across the natural and social sciences and will provide a fantastic opportunity to network with researchers and people from business, policy and third sector organisations.

The workshop is co-funded by the CCRG, RGS, LSE Grantham Research Institute on Climate Change and the Priestley International Centre for Climate. Due to the nature of the workshop, places are limited and a registration fee of £10 will cover lunch and refreshments.
