SKA rating for Higher Education Roadshow

The RICS SKA rating team are putting on a national roadshow to raise awareness of the new HE scheme.

The roadshow will highlight the opportunities available to universities and other further education institutions to actively green their estates, one interior fit-out or refurbishment at a time.

Talks will range from identifying strategic use of the scheme, to detailed explanation of how to use the scheme. There will also be a section on understanding impacts to the delivery process and team engagement. Some discussion around other benchmarking schemes available (BREEAM and LEED) will also take place to support and place the SKA rating scheme within audience experience to date.

The roadshow includes guest speaker Elina Grigoriou HonRICS, Elina is an industry expert on sustainability, wellbeing and design for interior spaces.
