South West Buildings & Estates Managers’ Network Autumn 2008 Meeting


The focus of this term’s meeting will be BREEAM (the Building Research Establishment’s Environmental Assessment Method). BREEAM has been updated and a new standard BREEAM assessment method for FE buildings was introduced in August 2008. The LSC now requires all capital projects to achieve a “Very Good” or “Excellent” BREEAM rating to be approved for funding.
