The 2011 SPT Travel Planning Seminar is all about developing ‘’The Definitive Business Case” to support and justify your staff travel plan.

In the current economic climate, there is a growing trend to cut or reduce the travel planning budget. This seminar will provide delegates with practical advice and information to help build “The Definitive Business Case” to ensure the staff travel plan has a future within your organisation, with the full support and backing of senior management.

Workshops have been designed to give delegates practical and creative ways to incorporate business and financial principles into the travel plan process. The travel plan will then be seen as the ideal business management tool to help address various issues within an organisation.

Individuals who are involved in travel planning, marketing and transport from both the public and private sector including local authorities, businesses, retail parks, shopping centres, universities, colleges and Health Boards.
