Student Action for Sustainability Conference

This two-day conference is aimed at both staff and students from Further and Higher Education Institutions who are involved in sustainability activist projects. The conference aims to explore both the issues faced by staff who supports student projects, and the experiences of students who lead sustainability projects within Further and Higher Education institutions.

The conference will be free to the first 40 people to register, including refreshments, dinner and accommodation for one night. Bursaries are available to full-time students to cover additional travel and accommodation costs.

Delegates are invited to contribute to the oral or poster presentation programme. Oral presentations will be 20-30 minutes long, and a specific poster session will be held in addition to the display of posters throughout the conference.

It is intended that selected contributions will be asked to contribute either to a book or journal special issue on Student Action for Sustainability.
