Are you involved in growing food on your campus, or starting a food enterprise?
Join students and staff from across the UK at the annual Student Eats conference in Leeds. This one-day event of talks, workshops, and networking will help you gain new skills and connect with others involved with growing food on campus, or running a food enterprise. Student Eats will be supporting over sixty new social enterprises based on sustainable food. Find out how to be part of this programme, and access start-up costs & mentoring to set up food markets, coops, make preserves, all the way to fully fledged businesses and cafes.
Costs
The event is free for two delegates from each Student Eats member group. It costs £25 for students and £50 for staff from elsewhere, and includes lunch and refreshments.
If you are involved in one of our Student Eats member groups please contact your coordinator to book a free place for you. If you are not sure who to contact or have questions about booking please get in touch on [email protected].
If you haven’t joined NUS’ Student Eats programme yet, please check our website to find out more. If you are involved with an on-campus food growing project, or would like to start one, you can join Student Eats for free here - and two delegates from your group can then attend this event free.
