The Changing Commute- LSTF Engagement

2nd Jul 2013 00:00

The journey to work and education is one of the main focuses for Local Sustainable Transport Fund Projects.

This event aims to build capacity for partner organisations involved in LSTF projects. The objective is to look at the current best practice in improving sustainable access to employment.

Over the last 20 years the journey to work has changed radically, with flexible working hours now commonplace, working from home, a boom in interest in cycling and, in public transport, new ticketing and real time information.

Plenary presentations, case studies and workshops allow delegates to join with professionals to look into the ‘changing journey to work’ and how to make in-roads through the LSTF into ensuring sustainable access to employment for the workforce of
the future.

See below for the agenda for this event which is being organised by Landor who are offering a reduced attendance rate for EAUC Members; £75 as opposed to the £175 full price.
