Topic Support Network: Sustainable Construction

This network was established back in 2005 to create a forum for Senior Managers, Directors of Estates and of Finance and estate staff responsible for bring their estate into the 21st century. This Topic Support Network looks at the strategies, guidance and assistance given to improve the environmental, social and financial performance of the built environment.

This meeting was hosted by Heriot-Watt University, and included an update on the Scottish Government's Zero Waste Scotland campaign to promote the Construction Committment: Halving Waste to Landfill. As well as Gary Clark, from Heriot-Watt University presenting on Soft Landing Frameworks.
