Unique Event on ESD: A chance to speak with UNESCO Chair in Education for Sustainable Development

As you may know, key members of the SDE Community in Scotland are involved in the planning and set up of a Regional Centre of Expertise (RCE) in Scotland for Sustainable Development Education. As the UN Decade of Education for Sustainable Development reaches its final stages, it’s time to explore the idea of what happens beyond 2014 and it is felt that the creation of our very own RCE is part of the legacy from the UN Decade.

The SDE Network and EAUC are hosting an RCE discussion and Q&A session with Prof. Charles Hopkins (UNESCO) on Friday 20 July, 1.30 – 3.30pm at The Scottish Storytelling Centre, Edinburgh.

This is a FREE event – open to our members only and places are very limited.
