Many organisations underestimate how much waste is costing; it could be as high as 4% of turnover. Systematic action could save between £400 and £1,000/year for every employee*. With this in mind, our session will discuss how employee engagement should play a major
role in the implementation of a recycling scheme. The presentation will cover the benefits of employee engagement and recommend effective communication channels.
