Environmental organisation Friends of the Earth has launched a new scheme called Kale Yeah!, designed to encourage university and college caterers to serve less and better meat and add more plant-based options to menus.

The impacts of doing so will be to reduce Scope 3 emissions, protect global biodiversity, and benefit the health of staff and students. For more information, click here.
