2025 UK and Ireland Green Gown Award finalists announced

The finalists of the 2025 UK and Ireland Green Gown Awards, delivered by EAUC in partnership with UKRI, have now been revealed

The shortlist consists of 112 exceptional sustainability initiatives from 76 institutions across 14 categories. 

The Green Gown Awards continue to recognise, celebrate, and share the most impactful and innovative sustainability action across the post-16 education sector. 

Finalists are now invited to submit their Stage 2 submissions. 

Awards ceremony

This year's awards ceremony will take place on Thursday 6 November at Unique Venues Birmingham in one of the city's most iconic buildings, the Library of Birmingham.
