EAUC 5 year Strategic Framework - Member consultation

16th November 2012

We are seeking the views of our Educational Members, Company Members and Strategic Partners on the next EAUC 5 Year Strategic Framework which will be in place from 2013 to 2017. The Strategic Framework gives us a strong outline and scope to focus our efforts in continually offering exceptional Membership services. It also gives us the foundation to support the tertiary sector, shape its future and to realise its role in helping people acquire and develop the knowledge, skills and capabilities for living and working for a sustainable future. It is vital, therefore, that these key groups feed into the Framework.

The Strategic Framework has already undergone consultation with the Member Advisory Council (MAC) and our Strategic Partners and have created a draft that has incorporated comments from both groups.

The Strategic Framework is now being presented to EAUC Members for a final round of consultation. Following any final amendments, the document will be approved by the EAUC Board in December 2012, for implementation from January 2013. Key performance indicators, risks and achievement timelines will then be developed as will a detailed annual operational plan. The approved version will be available on our website for all Members and partners to view.

Have your say
> We would appreciate it if you would take the time to review the draft 2013-2017 Strategic Framework

The framework is in consultation for the period of Friday 16 November to Friday 7 December, so please ensure your comments reach us by then using either of the methods above.

We thank all of our Members and Strategic Partners for their valuable input into our future strategic planning.

Yours sincerely
