Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme - HEI funding clarification

The Environment Agency has issued a clarification note for members.  It explains how funding for Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) is classified in the determination of contracting authority (public body) status.  In turn this information will help to determine the qualification status of each HEI for the Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme. The EAUC is currently seeking further clarification.
