Get ready for COP30

    This year's United Nations climate change conference, COP30, will take place from 10 to 21 November in Belém, Brazil. The Brazilian Presidency has announced their intent to pivot from negotiations to implementation through a focus on the Action Agenda.
EAUC, as secretariat for Race to Zero for Universities and Colleges, is working closely with other education sector partners to celebrate the important role that the post-16 education sector plays in influencing climate action.

This year, there will be a Higher Education for Climate Action Pavilion in the Blue Zone. The pavilion will showcase how universities advance climate action through education, research, innovation and community engagement.
