Bring a new sustainability engagement programme into your halls of residence!

For the past year, the University of London has developed Reduce the Juice, a student accommodation sustainability engagement programme, achieving some great results:  halls with recycling rates of over 80% and energy savings of over £18,000 – all through behaviour change.

Reduce the Juice uses a combination of student led change, social media engagement and competitions to create positive impacts, and now they are looking for partner universities to pilot Reduce the Juice over the next year.

It’s completely managed by the Reduce the Juice team, at cost price to 10 partner universities.

If you would like to know more, have a look at this Prezi report outlining what you can expect from Reduce the Juice, how it works and key successes so far. Click here to access the report. Pleae contact jack.connors@london.ac.uk if you wish to find out more about being a partner universty.
