27-30 June 2018 | University of Nottingham

The Association of University Directors of Estates (AUDE) are launching a new programme to nurture emerging talent in higher education estates and facilities management. This residential programme for tomorrow’s senior estates professionals covers the key skills, strategic approach and leadership required to deliver a world class estate masterplan, influence your senior colleagues, stakeholders and develop a strong team.

Delegates will hear from estates directors and sector experts on key areas of estates and facilities management. The programme will be facilitated by leadership expert Graham Johnson and will feature high profile speakers each evening at dinner. Learning will be embedded with a course assignment and a refresher event after the programme.
