Revised Articles of Association

We are pleased to publish our revised Articles of Association as amended by Special Resolution at our AGM on 12th April 2011. The Articles are a legal requirement and set out the rules by which the organisation follows.

The highlights are:

• Incorporating the Learning and Skills sector to our definition of Educational Members
• Inclusion of functions of the Board, the Chair and Regional Groups
• Inclusion of the role of the CEO as a Director and Trustee of the organisation

The Articles have also been updated to reflect the latest Company Law and best practice.

The objects of the organisation have not been changed.

The minutes from the AGM are also now available. To ensure transparency Members can also view the minutes and papers from Board and Sub-Committee meetings.
