Update on the EAUC’s strategic review

The strategic review process is well underway with three meetings of the Strategic Working Group (SWG) having taken place already. The SWG consist of EAUC Board members, certain members of staff and representatives of the MAC, who insure that the member voice is heard loud and clear throughout this process.
 
The conference was a key opportunity for members to feedback, with Caplor Horizons having a presence next to the EAUC stand and asking attendees for input, as well as engaging with the Annual General Meeting, which was another opportunity for members to have their say. The feedback received at conference and via the Strategic Working Group has formed a central part of discussion thus far and has provided a valuable steer as to what member’s aspirations are for the future of the organisation.
