This session will be an exploration of the opportunities to include social and ethical aspects in University procurement activity. How they can be implemented, consideration of legal issues and risks and discussion of the complexities of a truly ethical supply chain. We will discuss the benefits of how open and honest supplier relationships can help to achieve ethical trading goals and the development/ use of an ethical code of conduct for suppliers.
