Presentation from 18th EAUC Annual Conference 2014

Stream: Partnership and Engagement
Competancy level: More advanced

Do you struggle to implement the socially responsible side of your procurement policy? Are you concerned about human rights, ethical trading and poverty issues in your supply chains and want to move into new areas of fair trade? For high risk commodity categories, with a case study of ICT, we focus at how best to use collaboration to achieve results, student/staff engagement, pooling resources and information sharing.

The session will also introduce new tools for the sector including the APUC Code of Conduct and database, and the Electronics Watch monitoring organisation.
