The golf course has an environmental working group called the GEO steering group. The responsibility of this group is to work together in strengthening the course’s Golf Environmental Organisation (GEO) application and part of their remit is to communicate the environmental work that the course undertakes. The courses GEO page gives a full break down of how we manage the site and gives us a platform to shout about the positive work we do. On site we have 3 environmental notice boards to communicate to staff, golfers and students what we do and our web site also has an environmental section contained within it.
