With more than 2 billion extra people to feed and food supply set to contribute 2℃ to global warming by 2050, we need collective action on food waste.

The Courtauld Commitment 2025 is an ambitious voluntary agreement that brings together organisations from across the food system – from producer to consumer.

To drive down waste, and make food and drink production and consumption more sustainable.
