On 26th March 2018, EAUC-Scotland hosted an event in collaboration with the Heat Network Partnership and Zero Waste Scotland to raise awareness of the opportunities provided to the sector by low carbon heat.

The event explored low carbon heat technologies, developing a business case and accessing funding, and highlight case studies of district heating at universities and colleges, including a tour of the Queen Margaret University biomass facility which runs their district heating system.
