Following responses from students who said they wanted more from their feedback, the college decided to explore the use of screen-capture videos to provide feedback. This allowed for the feedback to be more personalised while still providing it remotely to the students.

By improving student experience and finding solutions to students concerns, the initiative suppports SDG4.
