Creating the University of the Future: NTU and the Global Goals

To capture the many dimensions of the sustainability concept, NTU has embraced the Global Goals as a way to engage students and staff with sustainability issues. As one of the pioneering institutions within the area of Education for Sustainable Development, NTU is committed to embedding the Global Goals within every course at the university through its ‘Curriculum Refresh’.

During the session, the NTU Green Academy shared their journey towards achieving a whole-institution approach to ESD and the challenges experienced along the way. Delegates left with ideas and inspiration on how they too can strive to contribute to the fulfilment of the Global Goals within the higher education sector.
