Definition of a 'premises'

Discussion with the Environment Agency has indicated that they will consider premises to be a site within a single boundary containing buildings that are occupied by the same business or organisation. This is likely to mean that each campus within an institution can be registered as a single premises regardless of the number of buildings it contains, however, any separate business or organisation operating within that campus would require to register separately.
