Our Community Engagement and Education for Sustainable Development in Higher Education Topic Support Networks worked together to organise this free event on the 16th April 2015, pulling together the activity going on to engage with both local and global communities in further and higher education institutions in Scotland.

After hearing from a wide range of case studies currently taking place, participants were invited to map what is going on in FHE institutions in Scotland regarding engaging with different external communities. This mapping was used to understand, assess, and propose ways of further enhancing the positive impacts our institutions can have on local and global communities.
