A strategic commitment to sustainability at all levels within a university or college is a fundamental prerequisite to an institution's overall success. All research that examines the implementation of sustainability bears the same conclusion: the commitment of the leaders within the organisation is critical, as is encouraging and supporting staff at all levels to be leaders!
